Pippa oversees the financial, legal, and contractual elements of the business. Pippa has been with Coaching Focus since our creation and plays an integral role in the day-to-day running of the business.

Henry works together with our coaches and facilitators and supports the delivery of our coaching solutions.

Kayleigh works closely with our coaches and facilitators and supports delivery of our coaching leaders and teams solutions.

Evie collaborates closely with clients to understand their unique goals and helps facilitate the delivery of our ILM courses, Masterclasses, Skills Workshops, and Webinars.

Phoebe supports our Coaching Hub and supports the delivery of our coaching and development programme solutions.

Nick stepped down from the Oxford Group leadership team in 2021 and now focuses his own practice and providing consultancy to help businesses grow.

Maureen has enjoyed a long and varied 40 year corporate career in various commercial roles including Chief Commercial Officer EMEA at BSI. She joins us to bring that experience and help us grow.
