Jonathan Hill

Jonathan is a highly experienced executive coach, facilitator, lead consultant and

speaker, having lead the design and delivery of major programmes for some of the UK’s

most recognised organisations including Accenture, Salesforce, Sainsbury’s, Mitie, Sage,

CBRE, Volvo, M&S, Microsoft, Yahoo!, Three, RBS Group and Oracle. With international

delivery experience, Jonathan has lead executive coaching and training programmes

across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa. Jonathan is also a conference

host and speaker for the CIPD. Jonathan’s knowledge and expertise is grounded from ten years commercial experience working with Coca-Cola and Red Bull UK.

Jonathan’s purpose is helping people to be happier at work. Transforming the way

managers and leaders lead and strengthening organisational cultures towards trust and a growth mindset, helping them to be truly engaging environments that evoke the best in their people. Jonathan’s strengths are centred on adding value through better execution and having an expectation of more from himself and others.

Jonathan adopts a straightforward and pragmatic style to his coaching approach and

through his exceptional curiosity, listening and supportive challenge, allows clients to

quickly focus on their priorities for development and getting to the heart of things quickly.

He takes the approach that his clients are creative and resourceful, whilst adding value

when appropriate and in service to his clients. Amongst other areas, Jonathan helps

managers and leaders become more impactful, from an individual, team and

organisation perspective.

Jonathan’s training and credentials are highly robust, having trained with the Coaches

Training Institute and qualified as an ACE certified coach with the World Business and

Executive Coaching Summit (WBECS).
