John Moore

John leverages his 25 years’ experience as a strategy consultant alongside his work as an executive and career coach to support clients looking to advance their career, change career direction, establish themselves as a leader and improve their relationships and performance. Outside of work, John volunteers for ABandofBrothers, a mentoring organisation that helps young men to live a fulfilling life free of crime. This work uses cutting-edge techniques for conflict management and increasing emotional intelligence. He also practices ‘Shadow Work’, a coaching approach based on the work of Carl Jung that enables clients to increase emotional intelligence and self-awareness

John takes a flexible approach to coaching drawing on a range of methodologies to help his clients overcome self-limiting beliefs and identify and achieve their career and leadership goals. He has significant experience as a career coach, focussing on mid-career transitions and career acceleration, gained through working with students and alumni of London Business School.

John’s approach looks at the coachee as a ‘whole person’ and combines his corporate experience with his knowledge of ‘Shadow Work’ to help clients better understand their career and life goals and also address any unconscious barriers that may be holding them back.

- Accredited as a Senior Practitioner by the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and as an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF (International Coach Federation).

He brings 25 years of experience as a management consultant focussing on strategy, change management, operations improvement, and mergers and acquisitions as well as 5 years of John Moore experience as an executive coach. He has held positions at Director and Vice President level within global consulting organisations including KPMG, Deloitte, ArthurDLIttle, and AlixPartners, and has worked across a wide range of industries across Europe, North America, and Asia
