From the Royal Marines to Realising My Calling

My journey began in the Royal Marines.
A place where resilience isn’t just respected – it’s required.
Where leadership is tested daily.
And where the power of people working at their best truly shines.

It was there I first saw what’s possible when someone is empowered, encouraged and challenged. I didn’t know it at the time, but that spark would go on to shape my entire career.

Shaping My Skills Through Study and Strategy

Later, during my MBA, I began to see coaching through a new lens.
Not just as a way to lead, but as a way to elevate others in the commercial world.

To help people navigate complexity, develop confidence and craft clarity from chaos. That period was packed with discovery.
It confirmed what I’d already sensed – coaching isn’t a role, it’s a responsibility.

Coaching Across Cultures

After graduating, I spent 18 months consulting across the globe.
Different industries. Different cultures.

Same truth – people everywhere are capable of more. That global experience opened my eyes to the power of coaching in every context.

It also taught me that the best coaching meets people where they are – and takes them somewhere better.

25 Years. One Mission. Helping Others Be Better.

Since then, I’ve spent more than 25 years coaching individuals, teams and organisations to elevate how they think, work and lead.

From boardrooms to frontlines.
Start-ups to global giants.
I’ve supported people as they wrestle with challenges, lean into change and unlock progress.

I don’t bring all the answers.
But I do bring deep experience, structured insight and an unwavering belief in what people can achieve with the right support.

Coaching That Creates Change

This work still lights me up every day. Because I know the ripple effects it creates – for people, for teams, for organisations and the wider world. That’s why I coach. To create space for learning. To encourage growth. To build confidence.

To shape a better tomorrow.
