Rituparna Ghosh

Meet

Rituparna Ghosh

Ritu comes from a research and analytics background and spent ten years working for different conglomerates as a senior manager in analytics.

After quitting her full-time job, Ritu decided to follow her passion of helping people be true to themselves. She finished her coaching certification in 2020 and since then has been running her own practice ‘laughter, conversations & coaching’ and has coached over 25 different clients.

In the coaching space, she works with professionals who are struggling with limiting mindsets, buried under layers of ‘shoulds’. She helps them to break free and take charge to get to their wants.

Coaching Style and Expertise

Ritu’s clients know her as warm and patient and call her the friendly neighbourhood coach.

She uses humour and conversation to encourage clients to let go of their assumptions which are based on injunctions rather than facts. She uses current problems as a starting point to dig deeper under the iceberg.

In facilitation and mentoring space, she believes in supporting the discussion with research and science. She takes pride in creating a safe space where members can share and learn from each other.

Ritu’s analytical mind and love for research helps her coaching approach to be fact based. Along with mindset coaching, she also gets her clients to look at all aspects of their lives through wheel of life to truly enable them to transform themselves. She often makes use of strength-based profiling (VIA), mindfulness fundamentals and active listening to help clients approach their problem from all directions.

As a mentor, Ritu provides support and vast experience to coaches in training to help them improve their listening and coaching skills. As guest faculty for Indian Institute of Technology Madras, she trains young impressionable minds to lead a happy and well-balanced life by forming healthy habits.

She has coached professionals across industries – Developmental, IT, financial services, Retail, creative sector and charity sector

Testimonials

“I highly recommend Ritu as a genuine, calm, kind and compassionate life and career coach. She is very empathic and professional. I discovered her at a point in my life where I was very confused and unclear about what steps to take next in life. I’m very grateful to have met Ritu, the self-esteem & self-compassion I have developed and the small steps I have taken through the sessions with her enabled me to look at aspects of myself discarded".

“I cannot recommend Ritu’s coaching enough! Ritu coached me through some of the biggest changes of my life so far and I am incredibly grateful for this. I know I could not have achieved these changes by myself. Ritu first helped me to get clear on what I wanted in lots of different areas in my life, from my career to my relationship, and then she helped me to figure out the next steps so I could make these changes a reality. Her sessions always felt non-judgemental warm and light-hearted, which played a big part in making me feel safe to really open up and work through my fears, confusion, and insecurities so I could get out of my own way and learn to show up as my authentic self. I can honestly say my life is better as a result”.
