Andrew Sims

Andrew is a professional executive coach, qualified at an advanced level, with over 25 years’ experience of leading major organisational change and holding senior leadership roles. He draws upon a wealth of business experience, partnering with senior clients to help them step up, broaden their repertoire of leadership skills, and manage transitions in their career. His coaching also serves as a discrete and insightful sounding board for senior leaders.

As a management consultant in the transformation and change practices of EY and Capgemini, Andrew advised and supported senior leaders to implement challenging and large-scale change within their organisations. Andrew’s own corporate leadership experience includes being a global executive team member and UK Managing Director of a private equity owned business services firm. Prior to his business career, Andrew was an Army Officer. He holds a small number of non-executive roles, both commercial and charitable.

Andrew’s coaching blends several highly effective approaches, including ‘Person Centred’, ‘Gestalt’ and ‘Solutions Focused’, combined with an experienced business leadership perspective.
