With over 30 years of experience in developing leaders in organisations, Nick can share vast amounts of insight and guidance. His work across all sectors and geographies involves working with individuals and teams and with large organisational change interventions.

Coaching Style and Expertise

As the author of the bestselling book ‘5 Conversations to build trust, engagement and Performance at work’, Nick focuses on building strong and deep trusting coaching relationships which facilitate personal and organisational growth. Drawing on his experience he balances offering support, encouragement and challenge to shift perspectives and create lasting change.

With a qualification in Business and Marketing Nick worked for 12 years in corporate environments in Line, HR and Organisational Development roles with BA, Bayer and Whitbread. He joined the global leadership and coaching business, The Oxford Group, in 1994 and was a Director of the organisation for many years, stepping down in 2021.
