Clive Newlands

Clive’s passion for helping others to develop and achieve their full potential has been a trademark of his professional career in the public sector, spanning over forty years. He has extensive experience in learning design and facilitation, and supporting aspiring senior leaders through coaching and mentoring. He is very experienced in the use of a range of psychometric instruments and 360 survey reports.  

He has worked regularly with coachees from under-represented groups, on a range of national public sector coaching and mentoring programmes.

Clive’s style is framed by his ability to develop strong relationships underpinned by trust – a fundamental component of effective coaching and mentoring!  

He is adept at being flexible with his coachees and is able to provide a range of supporting materials on a bespoke basis, which coachees often find helpful.  

He brings a passion and expertise for helping others to explore the link between their unconscious values and their career pathway choices. Additionally, he has an interest in the impact that stress has on personality and behaviour in the workplace.
