Emmanuelle Rouaud

Emmanuelle is a certified professional coach, international trainer and management consultant. She created her company in 2018 and has provided more than 1.500 coaching hours, mainly to executives and managers, face to face or in group. Driven by her passion for learning and discovering the world, Emmanuelle has lived, studied and worked abroad for several years.

She has worked for 20 years in multinationals, in the automotive, textile and pharmaceutical industries, leading complex, strategic, global and multicultural projects & teams. Her main areas of expertise were industrial purchasing, IT project management and customer service. She developed skills in Human Resources throughout her career by devoting part of her time to the design and delivery of training, change management, facilitation of peer groups and supporting co-development workshops
