Our Leadership Development package offers four days of bespoke training designed to equip leaders with the essential skills required to lead effectively in the new world of work.

• Pre and post programme 1:1 calls with a tutor.
• As part of our Leadership Development programme, we can deliver bitesize workshops to address key development areas in leadership. These are highly flexible, and we can modify the delivery to suit your specific needs.
• Embedding your leadership style within the organisation - Post programme calls with individuals (1hr calls x 3)
• Coaching leadership half day training (9am – 1pm) Designed to adopt a coaching culture within an organisation.
• Leadership Practical Day Pursuits – Designed to get people outdoors and engaging with a set of impactful, and fun leadership activities to help you master leadership skills, develop as a leader, and build more team cohesion within the organisation.
