Our Coachee Readiness Programme helps individuals understand how to actively participate in coaching. In either a half-day or full-day format, participants explore what it means to be coached, how to prepare for and participate effectively in coaching conversations, and how to take ownership of their development journey.
This practical and engaging experience creates a strong foundation for coaching to flourish across the organisation, ensuring that both coaches and coachees get the best from the process.
This programme is designed for anyone who will be coached as part of their role or development – from team members through to senior leaders.

This half or one-day programme can be run in person, virtually or as a blend of the two. We will adjust to what fits your team and schedule.
