When you join one of our skills programmes, you're not just signing up for learning – you are gaining a support team that’s fully invested in your success.
From day one, we’ve got you covered.
You'll be assigned your own Client Partner, who is your go-to contact for day-to-day questions, guidance, and support. They're here to help you apply along your learning journey and keep everything running smoothly.The programme is overseen by a dedicated Programme Director, who keeps an eye on the big picture.
Getting Started
We’ll share a full schedule upfront. You’ll get calendar invites and reminders to keep you on track. If anything changes, your Client Partner will let you know right away.
If you’re on an in-house programme, yes. While the core skills are consistent, we tailor the content and approach to suit your organisation’s culture, goals, and context. That’s where your Client Partner and Programme Director work their magic.
This depends on the programme design and your organisation’s preference. Some programmes are fully virtual, others blended or face-to-face. Your Client Partner will confirm the setup for your group.
Just come with an open mind and a willingness to learn. You’ll receive some pre reading, your e-workbook and access to our Resource Hub ahead of time so you can explore at your own pace.
Workbooks and logins are usually sent out a week before the programme starts. If you haven’t received yours, drop us a line at support@coaching-focus.com and we’ll sort it promptly.

We actively welcome your thoughts. You’ll have regular check-ins via email with your Client Partner, and we also send out feedback forms during and after the programme. You can also email us directly at support@coaching-focus.com any time.

Each learner gets a printed or digital workbook. It’s full of space to reflect, jot down ideas, and apply what you’ve learned to your day-to-day. It helps you personalise your journey and track your growth.

The Resource Hub is your go-to learning library. It’s packed with practical guides, useful templates, how-to videos, reflection tools and more. All designed to reinforce your learning and support you between sessions.
You’ll receive login details at the start of your programme. It’s easy to navigate and available 24/7 – so you can dip in whenever it suits you.
You’ll have access to the Resource Hub throughout the programme. Some resources may stay available after, depending on your organisation’s agreement. Your Client Partner can clarify this for you.

Yes. You can choose to extend your skills and gain an ILM Coaching and Mentoring qualification. We provide Levels 3, 5 and 7. If you’re looking for a formal coaching qualification, then let us know and we’ll guide you through your options.
