Target Audience
Our ILM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management is aimed at team leaders and first-line managers who want to be able to effectively lead and manage teams within their organization.
Our Approach
Our approach is highly experiential, engaging, and focused on the practical – we use what works at work. Our intent is not only to deliver an outstanding ILM accredited programme but to ensure that the participants leave with the practical understanding to improve their performance as a leader and manager at work and really make a positive impact on their own performance and that of their organization.
Programme Structure
The Level 3 Diploma programme consists of:
- Seven days of workshops (2 + 2 + 2 + 1)
- Pre and post programme 1:1 calls with a Tutor
- Telephone check-ins with a Tutor as required
- Completing online reading and assessments, and upload evidence-based records of management and leadership in the workplace
Successful candidates will submit their portfolio of evidence and complete an end-point assessment with an independent assessor.
Programme Logistics
We run this programme both 'in-house' for clients and as part of our regular 'Open' programme schedule.
In House
Typically for between 12-15 attendees, we can present this programme at a location of your choice, with a key focus on organizational objectives.
Open
We host Open ILM Level 3 programmes regularly, which are available for individuals to attend in order to gain the qualification.
