Coaching through Change Overview
The emphasis of this Masterclass is helping the coach to understand the role they can play in enabling change. Coaches will understand the forces at play in change situations and the significant effect they can have in supporting the process of organisational change.
Specifically, the masterclass focuses on looking at the areas in which a coach might be involved in and helping coach people through the reactions to change, helping them to overcome the resistance and discomfort of change, and onwards into the new era, where new competencies and ways of working may need developing.
An internal coach can be an essential facilitator in this difficult process, and this masterclass will provide them with all the necessary tools to undertake powerful coaching in this area.

This masterclass is aimed at internal and independent Coaches, looking to develop their skills in the area
of change management. It would also suit the coaching Manager whose team is going through a period of significant change. Coaching through Change would be an ideal workshop for CPD.
