Coaching for Wellbeing Overview
The aim of this masterclass is to develop an understanding of wellbeing and how coaching relationships can impact and help maintain this for individuals. There will be a focus on mental health and attendees will understand when they can help, and what to do if they cannot. There is a strong reinforcement of ethics and boundaries within the coaching relationship, which will help maintain safe and rewarding practice moving forward.
Outline of Wellbeing Masterclass
This masterclass involves an element of theory mixed in with time to practically use new models and techniques in practice. Large and small group discussions allow for a deeper dive into current wellbeing issues and having time to reflect on your own personal wellbeing at this critical time.

- The Mental Health Continuum
- Resilience and how to develop it
- Case studies and practice wellbeing coaching
The workshop is supported with a series of handouts and tools you will be able to take away and use with your teams or clients.
