Coach Supervision Fundamentals Outline
This programme is designed as a introduction to coaching supervision in the workplace. It will give participants a basic understanding of the importance of coaching supervision and two key models to work; The first session is focussed on the process of 1 on 1 supervision and the second covers the basics of group supervision.

Who Should Attend Coach Supervision Fundamentals?
It is recommended attendees are experienced internal Coaches, so have been a ILM Level 5 (or equivalent) qualified Coach for at least 5 years, or ILM Level 7 (or equivalent) qualified Coach for at least two years.
