ILM Level 5 Certificate Outline

Target Audience

The ILM Level 5 Certificate is aimed at managers or HR/L&D professionals who wish to become an internal workplace coach or mentor and be part of the organisations internal coaching pool.

Delivery Method

Face-to-face

We have planned face-to-face delivery at Lift in Islington. Our style is inclusive, collaborative and experiential. Our experienced tutors will present models and theories to the group and build it through discussion and challenge - we want to make the theory work for you. Each afternoon session will involve practice of the new skills and models learnt, include observations from tutors and reviews and reflections as a group.

Virtual

If we have to go virtual, each traditional workshop day will be split into three 2-hour sessions, starting at 9am, 12pm and 3pm each day – with hour long breaks to refresh.

Our virtual style closely imitates our face-to-face, so we chalk and talk, don’t use PowerPoints and aim to make the sessions as inclusive an interactive as possible. We still breakout for practice in the meetings to allow you to apply the new tools and skills learned in a safe controlled environment.

Our preferred platform is Zoom.

Our Approach
