Coaching Supervision is an integral and vital part of the coaching process for any organisation providing an internal coaching provision. Our ILM Endorsed programme starts to develop the ability to supervise internal coaches.

Who should attend the ILM Endorsed Coach Supervision Programme?

We recommend that attendees have a minimum qualification ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring (or equivalent) and are practicing internal Coaches/Mentors. This programme would be idealyl suired for:

  • Individuals who coach individuals and teams at senior level in-house
  • Senior L&D managers/partners and/or organisational coaching champions who are required to undertake in-house coaching supervision as part of their role

What do I need to do and how long does it take?

To gain the qualification, you will need to compile a portfolio of evidence throughout the programme, which consists of:

  • Records and reflections of a minimum of 8 hours Coach supervision
  • Records and reflections of one or more group supervisions sessions
  • A written review of supervision undertaken

Throughout the workshops, you will have direct access to your tutor and our support team, along with three1 to 1 calls with your tutor/s, at the pre, mid and post-programme stages. Each attendee also gets access to our library of online resources, which includes coaching videos, blogs, templates and self-assessments.

The journey from the start of the programme, through to completing the qualification, usually takes between 6 and 9 months.
