OUR 1:1 COACHING PROGRAMMES ENABLE LEADERS TO ASSESS AND OPTIMISE THEIR PERFORMANCE.
After receiving your brief we provide a ‘short list’ of suitable coaches for you to select from. We recommend that your client meets with at least 3 coaches to ensure the chemistry and fit are right for them.
Once a match is found the coaching programme can begin. Our standard programme consists of a number of individual coaching sessions, normally 6 but dependent on the need, followed by a review, run over a 6-12 month time period.
All the coaching sessions are focused on achieving the performance objectives identified in the initial contracting and goal setting session.
In addition there may be an initial assessment at the beginning and end of the programme to measure the impact of the development, tools here may include 360° Feedback and Emotional Intelligence.
Our coaching programmes apply to both high potential leaders and those who may need to improve certain areas of their own performance.
As well as an effective stand-alone leadership development approach our 1:1 coaching programmes can be used in conjunction with our Team Coaching process supporting the leader to achieve both theirs and their team’s performance objectives more effectively.
