NOT ONLY IS IT IMPORTANT TO TRAIN COACHES, IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO EDUCATE AND ENGAGE THOSE WHO ARE TO BE COACHED.

Our experience tells us that it is not uncommon for coaching to be introduced into an organisation which only addresses the needs of those that are to coach and not those that are to be coached.

We believe it is important to educate and engage all staff about coaching and to clearly outline what coaching is, what it trying to achieve, how it works and their role and responsibility as coachee.
