Transform people performance within your teams and organisation
Overview
Are you looking to build an internal pool of coaches who can support the development of your people and want to be confident that they have an appropriate level of skill?
Our ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring programme equips your internal coaches and mentors with the skills they need to be part of your organisation’s internal coaching pool. The tools and techniques shared by our experienced facilitators have been purposefully designed for best practice in the workplace. Evidence of your coaches’ successes will provide them with an internationally recognised coaching qualification, equivalent to a foundation level degree.
As well as delivering this programme in-house, we also run public programmes for the ILM Level 3 Award regularly, open to individuals who want to gain the qualification – or for organisations who don’t have a large enough group of potential participants to need an in-house programme.
