Coach competently and confidently within the workplace

Overview

Are you looking to develop coaching within your organisation and want to be confident that your managers have the skills they need?

Our ILM Level 3 Award in Effective Coaching programme enables managers to develop their coaching skills and gain an internationally recognised ILM qualification. Your managers will be able to use coaching effectively to develop people in their teams. You can be confident that their skills have been recognised as meeting international standards. There are no entry requirements for this qualification.

As well as delivering this programme in-house, we also run public programmes for the ILM Level 3 Award regularly, open to individuals who want to gain the qualification – or for organisations who don’t have a large enough group of potential participants to need an in-house programme.
