Introducing experienced coaches in your organisation to the world of coach supervision

We offer two levels of coaching supervision coaching programmes at Coaching Focus Group.

Our fundamentals programme is designed for experienced coaches in your organisation to the essentials of coach supervision and how to provide structured supervision to your internal coaches.

Our advanced programme provides experienced coaches with the skills, understanding and confidence to effectively supervise internal coaches within your organisation.

Coaching Supervision: Fundamentals

Having established a pool of internal coaches, it is important to ensure a consistency of standards, ethical practice and to support your coaches in reflecting on their experience and developing their expertise.

As a first step, it’s useful to raise the understanding of coach supervision and provide some basic supervision skills in your most experienced coaches.

Our programme introduces the concepts and models of coach supervision, in a workshop that is highly experiential, engaging and focused on the practical.

The programme can also be adjusted to incorporate how to create and implement an effective coach supervision approach within your organisation.

Coaching Supervision: Advanced

If you're looking to maintain high standards of internal coaching in your organisation on an ongoing basis and are keen to provide your coaches with the support to ensure coaching activity is ethical and safe, then this is the right programme.

As well as providing understanding and exploring models and techniques, our facilitation style is highly experiential, engaging and focused on the practical.

As an option, we offer this programme with an ILM qualification, based on your participants compiling a portfolio of evidence of coach supervision experience, including group supervision, and review of personal learning.
