About

Before moving into leadership development Simon held senior roles for a global financial services company in the UK and Europe. This hands-on business experience enables him to bring a practical, goal-orientated approach to his coaching. It also informs his consultancy, working with clients to understand their leadership needs and design solutions for them. Based in Hertfordshire, he has been coaching professionals for fifteen years at all levels from CEO to first line managers in both the public and private sectors. Simon enjoys transition coaching, helping people to move forward in their career by developing the necessary leadership skills for the next step, allowing them to hit the ground running. This requires defining their personal brand and style, rather than just technical skill, and the ability to lead experts around them. Through all of this, he helps people to bring confidence and therefore gravitas to their new role.
