Sheridan is a highly effective coach-trainer and performance coach, with over 20 years’ experience of helping executives and teams break through their limiting assumptions and generate an inner sense of 'freedom to act' to positively impact their personal and team results. He is a very experienced coach-trainer, and has run the successful coach-training programme all over the world, including many ILM Level 7 Certificate and Diploma programmes. He has worked extensively across sectors including central and local government, the arts, banking and financial services, police services, the oil and power industries, the NHS and social care sectors, advertising and media, local and national charities and schools, including working with disaffected young people.
Sheridan has written articles on coaching in journals including Managing BestPractice and the Journal of Change Management, and his book Core Coaching – coaching for great performance at work was published in 2008.
