Sheridan is a highly effective coach-trainer and performance coach, with a particular interest in organisational leadership development. He has worked extensively across sectors including central and local government, the arts, banking and financial services, the police, the power industry, the NHS and local and national charities as well as working with disaffected young people.

He has designed and run group workshops, coach training programmes, senior strategy meetings, facilitated training days and action learning sets and has coached directors and CEO’s on a 1:1 basis for over ten years.

Sheridan has written articles on coaching in journals including Managing Best Practice and the Journal of Change Management, and his book Core Coachingcoaching for great performance at work was published in 2008.

    • Certified coach (University of Strathclyde 1997)
    • MBTI accredited practitioner
    • Qualified coaching supervisor (CSTD)
    • Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (FInstLM)

      Sheridan’s recent experience involves coach training programmes for Keele University, National Grid, National Grid Property, Proctor & Gamble, The NHS, The TDA, HMP Hull and ARK International and Executive 1:1 coaching for EdF Energy, Hanover Foundation, DSC, Kalyx, NHS Foundation Trusts and Transport for London.
