Clive Johnson is a highly experienced trainer, consultant and coach. Clive’s 25 year professional background includes working for leading management consultancies as well as operating as an independent coach and consultant, working with clients in many industry sectors and at all management levels.
His primary consulting focus is audit and evaluation of workplace coaching and mentoring programmes, as well as coaching implementation. He has written a range of thought pieces and journal articles in these fields, is a regular conference speaker, and has additionally co-authored several books relating to coaching implementation and managing conflict at work.
He is co-founder of the International Conflict Management Forum, a member of the Association for Coaching and is an accredited Prince2 practitioner.
